BENCH AT AURANGABAD 937 WRIT PETITION NO. 13112 OF 2017 BHAUSAHEB CHANDRABHAN BORDE AND ANOTHER

VERSUS

DNYANDEV BHAVRAO BORDE ...

Advocate for Petitioners : Mr. Gaikwad Dnyaneshwar B. Advocate for Respondents : Mr. Vakil Laharimanohar D. ...

CORAM : V.K. JADHAV, J.

Dated: April 25, 2018 ...

PER COURT :- This writ petition can be disposed off by giving directions to the First Appellate Court for expeditious hearing of the appeal. During the pendency of the suit there was no injunction order in favour of the petitioners. Thus, considering the same, I do not find any fault in the order passed by the learned District Judge. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off with the directions to the First Appellate Court to dispose off the appeal bearing RCA No.20/2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of SIX MONTHS after preparation of the paper book. Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs. ( V.K. JADHAV, J. ) ...
