The petitioner's caste claim has been validated. The prayer in the petition was to allow the petitioner to continue education for B. E. (Mechanical) from the seat reserved for SBC category. This Court had granted relief in terms of prayer clause C and the petitioner was allowed to prosecute his education for B. E. Mechanic from SBC category. In view of the fact that the petitioner's caste claim has been validated, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order. Rule is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
