This application is filed by wife for transfer of the proceedings bearing petition No. A-267/2022 from Jalgaon to Dhule. 2.

Learned counsel for both sides are heard. Learned counsel for the respondent has vehemently opposed the application. It is settled law that in the matrimonial proceedings convenience of wife needs to be given precedence over the convenience of husband. 3.

There are four proceedings pending at Dhule and, therefore, in any case, respondent would be required to attend the same. Thus, no prejudice will cause to the respondent if Petition No. A-267/2022 is transferred from Jalgaon to Dhule.

In view of above, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
