These are the appeals preferred by the insurance company against the judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Shahada. Learned counsel Mr. A.G. Choudhari, representing the appellant Insurance company, in both the appeals, placed on record an authority letter dated 12.7.2019 issued by the Legal Manager of the appellant Insurance Company, thereby authorizing the learned counsel for the appellant Insurance Company to withdraw both the appeals preferred by the Insurance Company. The said authority letter is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Learned counsel for the respondents original

In view of the same, both the first appeals i.e. first appeal No. 418 of 2014 and 419 of 2014 preferred by the ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. are hereby disposed of as withdrawn. The parties to bear their own costs. Refund of court fees as per Rules. Pending civil applications, if any, are also disposed of.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant insurance company submits that the amount of Rs.25,000/- each in both the appeals has been deposited before this court as statutory deposit and the same may kindly be paid to the claimants in the respective appeals. In view of the same, the said amount of Rs.25,000/- each in both the appeals be paid to the claimants and the claimants are at liberty to withdraw the said amount. (K.C.Sant) (V.B. Mantri) ( V. K.
