The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been admitted to B.Sc. Agricultural course from Scheduled Caste category.

The petitioner requires validity certificate to be submitted before 21.8.2018 so as to secure admission.

Mr. Patil, learned AGP, accepts notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

The petitioner has approached the court very

wp9497.18 late, however, considering exigency, the respondent no. 2 may endeavour to decide the proceedings by 21.8.2018.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 16.8.2018.
