PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel submits that the proposal for sanction of medical bills is forwarded by the Institution to the Education Officer in 2010. The Education Officer in turn has forwarded it to the Deputy Director of Education on 19.11.2012, however, no decision has been taken on it as yet.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 6.

In case, proposal for sanction of medical bills is pending with respondent no.5 (Page No.51), then respondent no.5 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law,

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
