The first appeal is disposed of. The applicants state that, applicant Nos. 1 to 4 be allowed to withdraw the amount of other applicants also. The other applicants have given no objection on affidavit for allowing the applicant Nos. 1 to 4 to withdraw the amount.

The amount is in respect of the land acquisition references. The amount is awarded in the name of individual claimants. In view of that, the prayer cannot be considered. The cheques of amount of compensation be issued in the name of all the claimants. However, claimant Nos. 1 to 4 are entitled to receive

2 ca 10678.15 the cheques on behalf of other claimants. The office may allow applicant Nos. 1 to 4 to receive the cheques but the same shall be in the name of all the claimants. The civil application is disposed of.
