Present appeal is filed by the original respondent - wife to challenge the Judgment and Decree dated 30.06.2022 in Petition No.A - 275/2019 by learned Judge, Family Court, Nanded. The appellant is present before this Court who has given letter to her Advocate explaining that there is a compromise between herself and the respondent - husband and in view of the said circumstances she does not want to prosecute the appeal further. She confirms the contents of the said letter which is now marked as Exh. 'A'.
