The substantive sentence is suspended and the applicant is ordered to be released on bail on same terms as before the Trial Court, on condition that he shall report the Court which has passed judgment of conviction against him once in every six months. Failure to report on two consecutive dates shall entail the prosecution to move an application for cancellation of bail.

Criminal Application stands allowed.
