The matter was on Board on 11.10.2024 but since then no statement on behalf of the prosecution was made that charge sheet has been filed even the applicants had not made any such statement and had not sought leave to amend. On 25.03.2025, learned Advocate for the applicants was absent. Direction was given on the request of learned Advocate for respondent No. 2 who is appointed through legal aid that the learned Advocate for the applicant to supply the copies of the application along with annexures thereto. 47-Cri Appln-3588-2024.odt

It is stated that respondent No. 2 has not yet received the copies infact after that order the matter was adjourned at least on three occasions. 4.
