1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
2] Notice to both the respondents is waived by the learned AGP.
3] This civil application is filed for condonation of delay of 6426 days caused in filing appeal against judgment of Reference Court.
4] In view of the contents of the application and the submissions made, sufficient cause is shown to condone
CA 12869/13 in FAST 24839/13 - 2 - the delay. However, there will be question of making payment of interest at higher rate in respect of the period of 6426 days. In view of this, the learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement that the claimants will not be claiming interest in respect of the period of 6426 days. He submitted that such an undertaking is already filed on record.
