The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that Special Darkhast No.16 of 2020 has already been initiated for seeking execution of the Judgment of the School Tribunal to the extent of recovery of back-wages, dated 29/06/2012.

In view of the above, as the petitioner has already availed of a remedy for seeking execution of the order, this petition is not being entertained in the light of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 24/08/2022, delivered in National Highways Authority of India vs. Sheetal Jaidev Vade & Ors., Civil Appeal No.5256 of 2022.
