Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and nonapplicants. 2.

We are not inclined to consider the request of the present applicant for extension of time by two months. 3.

It is submitted that, the prosecution witnesses are examined and defence has also examined its witness. According to the learned counsel Mr. Patil, defence is going to examine one more witness. The same may be examined by the Applicant and the final argument may also be advanced in the inquiry proceeding. Upto that stage, inquiry proceeding be proceeded further. However, the final order be passed after 10.10.2021. 4.

Civil Application is disposed of. No costs.
