Learned Counsels for both parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly, placed on record compromise memo. Both the signing parties are identifed by their respective advocates. 2.

The compromise pursis is marked 'X' for identifcation. The claimants make statement that except for them and signing parties, there are no stakeholders in the subject matter covered by proceeding in hand.

Appeals are disposed of in terms of compromise pursis. 4.

In terms of compromise pursis the amount due and payable to the Respondent is allowed to be withdrawn by Respondent. 905.odt

Remaining amount, if any, is permitted to be withdrawn by Appellant/acquiring body along with interest accrued. 6.
