The grievance of the petitioner is that the proposals submitted by the petitioner on 06.01.2012 and 09.05.2018 for sale of landed property of the society have not been decided. 2.
Mr. Patil, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the subsequent application filed by the petitioner is
2 wp 9550.18 not traceable. In the earlier application filed by the petitioner there are deficiencies.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel appears for the intervenor and submits that he had filed complaint as the society has earlier sold ten landed properties illegally.

The petitioner may file fresh application seeking permission to sell the property. In case such an application is received by the Authority, then the Authority shall take decision upon it in accordance with law.

The petitioner and the interested parties may raise their contentions before the Authority where the application for permission to sell the property is filed. The same would be considered by the Authority on its own merits.

If such an application is filed, then the Authority shall decide it within a period of six
(6) months from the date of receipt of the application.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.

In view of disposal of writ petition, civil application also stands disposed of.
