*2* 2wp1443o03a211o06 Civil Application Nos.3040/2003 and 2904/2009 stand disposed off as the writ petitions are already being taken up for final hearing.

In Civil Application No.6243/2008 in Writ Petition No.211/2006, the applicant in person prays for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.2 on record in the writ petition. The notice has been issued by this Court to the proposed legal heirs on 22.08.2014. For the reasons set out in Civil Application No.6243/2008 and as the application was filed in time, the same is allowed. The petitioner in person shall bring the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.2 on record of writ petition No.211/2006, on or before 12.07.2019, failing which, this petition shall stand abated to the extent of the deceased respondent no.2.

Civil Application No.12949/2008 in writ petition No.211/2006, is filed by the petitioner in person for placing the documents on record.

For the reasons set out in Civil Application No.12949/2008, the same is allowed and the documents shall be placed on record on or before 12.07.2019.
