Learned counsel submits that, in connected appeals the Court has allowed the applicant to withdraw 80% of the amount deposited on submitting an undertaking to the Court and 20% was directed to be kept in Fixed Deposit (FD).

Considering the above, I pass the following order.

ORDER

The applicant is allowed to withdraw 80% of the amount deposited on submitting an undertaking before the executing Court, on condition that, in case the applicant is directed to deposit the amount, he will redeposit the same and remaining 20% be kept in FD.
