It is submitted that, the Assistant Registrar has already directed the petitioner to open the tenders subject to the decision of the present writ petition.

It is further submitted that, enquiry is also concluded and enquiry is in favour of the Market Committee. 3.

As the Assistant Registrar has permitted the petitioner to open the tender, the grievance of the petitioner now does not subsist. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
