Present Petition can be disposed of in view of the subject and the prayers. It appears that the petitioner is seeking appointment on compassionate ground with respondent No.6 school which is run by respondent No.5. It appears that the applications have been given since 19th September 2013, 28th December 2015, 14th February 2023, 1st June 2023. The recent one application dated 1st June 2023 has been given to respondent No.4 for issuing directions to respondent Nos. 5

wp-9942.23 and 6 to consider the application of the petitioner to appoint him on compassionate ground.

Under the said circumstance, respondent No.4 is directed to decide the representations given by the petitioner within a period of 15 days from today.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
