ORDER :

The application is filed for condonation of delay of 37 days and for setting aside the order made by the learned Registrar Judicial by which registration is refused. Heard the learned counsel for applicants. It appears that there is name of other advocate Shri. P.S.Pawar as he had filed caveat in respect of second appeal. In the present case, this Court holds that hearing of the learned counsel for the applicants is sufficient. 2.

In view of the submissions made and the contents of the application, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown to condone the delay. As the learned counsel for applicants is taking blame to himself, this Court holds that the order made by the learned Registrar Judicial by which registration is refused needs to be set aside.

In the result, application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order made by the learned Registrar Judicial is set aside and the matter is restored to its original stage. If the office objections are not removed prior to 26.8.2016, the matter shall stand dismissed automatically without back reference to the Court.
