PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Head Master is pending with respondent no.2, the same is not yet decided. It is further submitted that the proposal is also submitted for approval to the appointment of one Ms. Jayshri Shivaji Thombre.

It is for the Education Officer to take decision on the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner.

In case, proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner and/or the other person is pending with Education Officer, then

(2) 950-wp-9603-2019 Education Officer shall take decision upon the said proposals on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
