It is submitted that subsequently award has been passed under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition (Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act,) 2013.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that amount of compensation is not yet paid. As the award has been passed, contempt though belatedly stands purged. Naturally, respondents shall make payment as per the award.
