After hearing both the sides and going through the Application, we allow the Application in terms of prayer clause - 'B' and the same is disposed of accordingly.
[II] IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 5978 OF 2023 :- 1.
This is an Application for adding grounds in cross-objection fled by the Claimants.

Heard both the sides.

We see no impediment in allowing the Application if the Appeal is pending. Hence, we allow the Application in terms of prayer clause - 'B' and the same is disposed of accordingly. 4.
Amendment to be carried out within a period of three [3] weeks.
