The petitioner has put forth prayer Clauses 'A' and 'B' as under :- (A) For a writ of mandamus order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint the present petitioner with respondents' office on compassionate ground as per his qualification with immediate effect along with all necessary benefits.

(B) For a writ of mandamus order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to decide the Application dated 09.12.2019, 06.02.2020, 18.06.2020, 02.12.2020 seeking appointment on compassionate ground immediately and

WP 9400-2022 communicate the decision to the petitioner accordingly. 2.

The learned DSGI appears on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 and submits that the pending applications as set out in prayer Clause 'B' reproduced above, would be decided within three months. 3.

In view of the above, statement having been recorded, this petition is disposed off.
