The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed appeal before respondent no.2 on 21.11.2012, the same is not yet decided.

We had asked learned counsel for the petitioner the provision enabling petitioner to file appeal before the Director of Education. The learned counsel fairly accepts that no such provision of appeal exists.

In light of the above, the directions as sought for cannot be given. The petitioner is at
