The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that though the Education Officer i.e. respondent no.2 had heard the parties on 15th December 2014, as it is evident from the contents of letter written by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded, to the President / Secretary, Anusaya Sevabhavi Sanstha, Kandhar [District : Nanded], however, the Education Officer has not taken final decision, as yet.

We direct the Education Officer - respondent no.2 to take decision in the matter, if not already taken, within a period of six weeks from today and communicate the decision to the petitioner. 3.
