Learned APP submits that non bailable warrant has been issued by the trial Court against applicants on account of their failure to remain present. The conduct of applicants clearly indicates that they are not abiding by the terms and conditions of bail and are not co-operating with trial Court proceedings. Under such circumstance, we do not want to exercise our powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in favour of persons who are not abiding by the law. Accordingly, Criminal Application

81_Cri.Appln_3576_2024 stands rejected.

Fees of appointed Advocate is quantified at Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only), to be paid by High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad.
