The learned Counsel for the applicant / appellant submits that the entire amount under the award is already deposited before this Court. 4.

It is reported that non-applicants are served but they are absent.

As such, the Application is allowed. Impugned judgment and award of the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar, in M.A.C.P.
