Mrs. Rasal A.S., the learned counsel submits that, her appearance may be discharged, as she has given No Objection to the petitioners. In the circumstances, her appearance is discharged.

By efflux of time, the prayer clause `B' has become infructuous. So far as other prayers regarding salary are concerned, the learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, on instructions, makes oral statement that, the salary bills of petitioner no.1 are already processed Online and the salary bills of petitioner no.3 will
8026.14wp be submitted to the Education Officer by 20th March, 2015. So far petitioner no.2 is concerned, she was declared as surplus. The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 submits that, for the period for which petitioner no.2 rendered services with Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, her salary bills will be submitted on or before 20th March, 2015. 4.
In view of the statement made, Respondent No.4 upon receiving the salary bills of petitioner nos. 2 and 3 shall process the same and complete the action of disbursement of salary within four weeks from today. 5.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
