Heard. The learned AGP on instructions from the Superintendent of District Jail, Jalna Mr. D.D.Kawale and Anand Y Tengle Jailor Grade II, who are present in person before this court submits that the respondents aaa/-

CP 551.2017+.odt have no objection if the suit land is measured through the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records Office, Jalna. Learned A.G.P. submits that, the respondents have already approached the Standing Committee headed by the Collector to consider the issue which has been involved in the present matter. Even if the respondents have approached the standing committee in this regard to find out the solution, the Standing Committee would not be in a position to pass any effective order in absence of any measurement report. 3.

The petitioner may proceed with the measurement as per his application pending before the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Jalna. In view of the above, both the Contempt Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
