The learned Counsel for the respondent No.1 state that the present petition pose a challenge to order dated 29/07/2019, passed below Exh.11 in Civil Misc. Appeal No.77/2019, under which stay was refused. He informed that Exh. 11 is now decided.

In the wake of the above, the submission advanced is the petition has been rendered infructuous.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners state that he has not instructions on the said aspect.
