DATE : 11th AUGUST, 2023.
PER COURT:- 1.
By these applications, the applicants seek to condone the delay caused in filing the appeal against the award passed by the Reference Court under the Land Acquisition Act. 2.
Mr. Munde, learned Advocate appearing for the applicants submits that the applicants require to obtain various administrative and procedural sanctions. In that process the delay has been caused, which is unintentional. 3.
The learned Advocate appearing for the respondent, however, submits that the explanation for delay given in the applications will constitute the sufficient cause.
