We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned A.G.P. on oral instructions of respondent no.2 submits that, the matter of the petitioner is pending for vigilance and the proceedings would be decided within a period of three months.

The statement is accepted as undertaking to the Court.

In case, proceedings are not decided within a period of three months as undertaken, we would take serious view of the matter and

With these observations, contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
