Mr. Humbe, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has appeared for final year B. Tech (Civil Engineering) examination conducted in May 2018. The result is not declared and the documents are not given on the ground that validity certificate is not produced. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions from the Committee submits that the proceeding is pending at the stage of vigilance.

Considering the above, we pass following order.

The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall declare the result of the petitioner's examination and may issue the marks sheet to the petitioner. However, shall not issue degree certificate till the validity certificate is produced by the petitioner. The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 12th March, 2019. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
