It is informed that, upon completion of the investigation, a charge-sheet has been filed and the Court has taken cognizance of the offence/s.

The respondent No.2 / informant (wife of applicant No.1) is present before us. Considering the nature of the offences, and the fact that the dispute is matrimonial in nature, the parties were referred for mediation. The matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Mediator, and the Mediation Report has been received. Page 1 of

The learned Counsel representing the respondent-wife submits that the dispute has been amicably settled and that she has no objection to quashing and setting aside FIR No. 312/2024 registered with Ardhapur Police Station, District Nanded, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, along with the pending proceedings arising therefrom. 6.
Considering the nature of the offences and the fact that the dispute is matrimonial in nature and has been amicably settled between the parties, this application deserves to be allowed. 7.
