The dispute raised in the petition is in respect of reimbursement of fees for the years 2011-2012 and 2012-2013. Similar issue was decided by our predecessors while disposing of Writ Petition No. 8133 of 2015. We are inclined to take the same view.

The respondent State is directed to release the tuition fees/examination fees of the approved students of the petitioner School for reserved category students who studied in ANM/GNM course for the academic years 2011-2012 and 2012-13, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three (03) months from today.

As regards the reimbursement of fees to the students from reserved category for the year 2013-2014 onwards, the State may
-3consider the representation on merits and take appropriate decision within a period of six (06) months.

Rule is made absolute is the above terms. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
