Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP finally in view of the fact that the petitioner is eager to take admission through the ongoing admission process of technical education.

Having heard both the sides for a while, it is apparent that this Court has granted validity certificates to various blood relations of

2 WP / 9518 / 2023 the petitioner from paternal side albeit subject to the decision to be taken by the committee in the matters which the committee has decided to re-open in respect of the validity holders. 3.

As recently as on 27 July 2023, we have granted conditional validity to the petitioner's real sister - Vaishnavi in writ petition no. 11180 of 2018. The petitioner deserves to be extended the same treatment.

We allow the writ petition partly, quash and set aside the impugned order and direct the respondent no. 2 scrutiny committee to immediately issue the validity certificate to the petitioner as belonging to "Koli Mahadev" scheduled tribe which shall be subject to the decision in the matters which the committee has decided to re-open. 5.
