On perusal of the application, it reflects that this Court has not rejected the application for grant of bail of applicant no.3 Laxmibai, who appears to be similarly placed, qua the circumstances as are narrated and considered in the order granting bail to applicants no.1 and 2. 2.

In view thereof, in my opinion, the present application deserves to be allowed.

Paragraph 7 (b) of the order dated 12th August, 2015, passed by this Court, in Criminal Application No.4066 of 2015, is corrected as under :- "Applicants Anandabai Bhaurao Jagdambe, Rekhabai Pandurang Jagdambe and Laxmibai w/o Uttam Jagdambe be released on bail in connection with Crime No.71/2015, registered with police station, Dharmabad, District Nanded for the offences punishable u/s. 302,

(2) criap4460.15 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on they executing P.R. Bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each, with one solvent surety of like amount. "
