The petitioner is praying for issuance of direction to the Joint Charity Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad to decide the pending appeals bearing No.145 of 2017, 146 of 2017, 108 of 2017, 153 of 2017, 162 of 2017 and 163 of 2017 expeditiously and preferably within one month.

Considering the contentions raised in the petition, ends of justice would be met by directing the Joint Charity Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad to decide the pending appeals referred above, as expeditiously as possible,

WP.9651-18.odt preferably within six months from today and it is accordingly directed. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate the Joint Charity Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad for disposal of the appeals within the time stipulated as above.
