The petitioners are working as Special Teachers. They have already filed writ petitions before this Court, as respondents-authorities were trying to convert their posts from permanent to contractual. This Court has entertained the writ petitions and same are pending. The interim protection is granted to the services of petitioners. The petitioners apprehend that, as the announcement is made to fill in 40,000 posts, their services would be at stake. The petitioners have already sought directions to decide the representations of the year 2017 and 2018.

The learned A.G.P. appears for all respondents.

In our opinion, there is no necessity to file present writ petition. The writ petitions filed by petitioners are still pending before this Court. The interim protection is already granted. The petitioners can claim all the reliefs in the writ petitions pending before this Court.

With these observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
