Mr. Karpe, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Dighe, the learned advocate appearing for respondent no.2 - Society submit that the dispute between the petitioner and respondent no.2 - Society has been amicably resolved and that therefore nothing survives in the present petition to be determined.
