This Court, under order dated 18th August, 2022, has already permitted the applicants in other similar matters to withdraw certain percentage of the deposited amount. Accordingly, the same order will follow.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the

{2} ca12654.22.odt deposited amount of compensation i.e. 50% on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J) of this Court and remaining 25% on furnishing solvent security. The remaining balance amount be invested in FDR in any Nationalised Bank during the pendency of this appeal.
