We have considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. 2.

A copy of the communication dated 31.03.2022 received by the learned A.G.P. is placed before us and which is marked as "X-1" for identification.

The learned A.G.P. submits, on instructions from the Officer present in the Court, that the judgment of this Court dated 22.05.2016 shall be complied with expeditiously.

We find that the judgment was delivered on

662.21WP 22nd July, 2016 and six weeks were granted for forwarding the proposals and 12 weeks were granted for considering the said proposals. Request for extension of time was not to be entertained.

In view of the above and the statement made on instructions, this petition is disposed off and as the proposals are presently pending with Conservator of Forest, Nanded. We expect the directions issued by this Court to be implemented as per the statement made, on or before 31st May, 2022, without fail.
