We have heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned A. G. P.

The Additional Collector Mr. P. L. Sormare, is present in the court pursuant to the orders passed by this court on 28th July, 2016.

This court on 17th June, 2015 in Writ Petition No. 5997 of 2015 had directed the Petitioner therein to move the committee within two weeks and the committee was directed to take decision within four weeks. The learned A. G. P. states that, on 1.7.2015 the application was made by the Vanjargaon Gram Panchayat i.e. the Petitioner in the earlier writ petition, the same being placed before the sub committee.

This court had directed to decide the said application that would be presented before the committee within four weeks. Almost a year has lapsed and the same is not decided. There was no impediment to decide the same for such a long slumber. 5.

Considering the request made, we direct the committee to take decision on the application of Vanjargaon Gram Panchayat submitted through Kishor Machindra Kolekar within six (6) weeks from the date of this order.

With these directions the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
