Mr. Deshpande, learned ASG submits that, in both these matters petitioners have been removed from the service pursuant to the earlier Departmental Inquiry conducted against the petitioners. Learned ASG further submits that in view of the petitioners being removed from the services, there would be no question of proceeding further with the instant departmental inquiry i.e. subject matter of the writ petition. 2.

In view of the said aspect of the matter, nothing remains for adjudication in the writ petition. Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
