The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that objection is filed on 08.07.2019 to the change report No. 1484/2019. The same is not yet decided and is also seeking directions to allow the petitioner and his existing managing committee to look after day today affairs. 2.

When the matter is already subjudice before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, it would not be appropriate to pass any orders in the present writ petition.

The petitioner may proceed with his objection raised before the appropriate authority. The appropriate authority would certainly consider the objection filed by the petitioner, on its own merits. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
