Issue notice to Respondents.

The learned Counsel Mr. Wakure waives service for Respondents No.1 to 3 and 4A to 4D. The learned Counsel Shri Dadpe also waives notice for Respondent No.5. The application is for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.4 Rajubai Bhimrao Warpe, who had died on 19.08.2021, as per the copy of the death certificate annexed herewith. Though there appears certain delay, but in the interest it can be condoned.
