Despite the order of this Court, notices could not be issued as the petitioners have failed to supply copies of the petition paper book. 2.

If copies of the petition paper book are not supplied on or before 09/10/2017, these matters shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 10/10/2017.

If the direction to supply copies on or before 09/10/2017 is complied with, issue notice to the unserved respondents, returnable on 24/11/2017.

Interim relief, if any, shall continue till the returnable date, but subject to the directions set out above.
