State of Maharashtra and another), and a Judgment delivered by this Court, dated 29/09/2017 in Writ

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought a pass over and after taking instructions from the Petitioner, submits that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this petition. 4.

As such, this petition is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions.

We make it clear that, we have not dealt with the locus standi of the Petitioner in filing this petition and the said issue is left open to be adjudicated upon in any proceeding, if filed by the Petitioner.
