Pursuant to our order dated 21/06/2022, the learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad has placed on record a report along with all annexures (87 pages). The said compilation, which consists of certain original handwritten documents, original receipts and colour photographs, are taken on record and marked as 'X-1' collectively for identification. It is informed that those persons, who wrongfully acquired allotment of two houses in the 'Indira Awas Yojana' in District Nandurbar, have been deprived of the extra allotment. Those persons, who were enlisted and noticed to be the beneficiaries to more than one allotment, were

87.13pil (2) excluded before they could receive such excess allotment. Action has been taken within the time frame, as directed by this Court. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner, submits on instructions, that the purpose for which this Public Interest Litigation was filed, is served and this Public Interest Litigation be disposed off.

In view of the above, this Public Interest Litigation stands disposed off.
